Location
PAC manages 12 student flats which are all located at 6 Sassoon Road. Residents are linked to the Main Campus by means of University shuttle bus service within normal school hours. There are frequent buses and minibus services which travel along Bonham Road, Pokfulam Road and Sassoon Road among the Main Campus, the Residence and Sassoon Road Campus, for which there is a small charge.

Facilities
Each flat accommodates six to eight students, and is self-contained with its own air-conditioned living room, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and separate main entrance. Students flats cater for those students who prefer to live in a small group setting and run their own household. Admission is restricted to current students only and they are managed by the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS).
