Self-Compassion Workshop (SCW3/19-20)
Re-connecting Yourself with Kindness & Compassion
Are you always harsh and mean on yourself?
Do you keep comparing yourself to others or judging your every move to motivate yourself?
Do you feel down, demotivated, trapped, all alone, or like a failure as a result?
Would you consider yourself weak and fragile for having these painful emotions?
If you say YES to any of the questions above, this online workshop is for you. To take care of yourself, eating good food, watching Netflix, and asking yourself to be positive may not always be enough. Research suggests that self-compassion helps us reduce anxiety and depression, boost emotional well-being, and be more resilient in the face of challenges. In this workshop, you will be introduced to tips and strategies to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions with a mindful attitude, kind voice, soothing touch, and constructive actions.
