Withdrawal
If for any reason you are unable to join an online workshop for which you have registered, you should notify us as soon as possible.  Your place will be offered to another registrant on the waiting list.

Important Notes

Workshop Attendance
You are advised to log in to the Zoom platform for workshops at least 5 minutes before they commence and allow time to ensure smooth operation of your audio and visual displaying devices.

Language Policy
For workshops in which the language is stated as “Cantonese or English (depending on participants)”, participants can request to conduct the workshop in Cantonese if ALL participants understand Cantonese. If ANY participant does not understand Cantonese, the workshop will automatically be conducted in English.

Photo-taking, Video and Sound Recording Policy
Snapshots of class activities or class photos taken by CEDARS-CoPE and external trainers may be used for their respective record keeping, post-workshop sharing and event promotion.

Video/ sound recording is prohibited except under the trainer’s consent. You may send an email to us at cedars-cope@hku.hk to request for teaching materials displayed during the workshop (e.g. PowerPoint slides, notes where applicable).
