Exploring your Heart

Exploring your Heart

Are you often tempted to click into online personality tests, completing long questionnaires time after time? Yet when the results are out, you feel doubtful about its accuracy?

To truly understand yourself, why not join a psychological assessment which is scientifically validated?

Understand Yourself: What is my Personality? (NEO1/18-19)

If you want to unveil the “real you” or know more about how your personality is affecting you in different aspects of your life, come join this workshop!

In the assessment session, you will be invited to complete the NEOTM Personality Inventory – version 3 in paper-and-pencil format. It is a legitimate and comprehensive psychological assessment of people’s personality traits.

In the group feedback session, you will receive an individual report, which describes your personality profile, in particular your ways of thinking, feeling and interacting with others. A qualified psychologist will assist you in interpreting the personality profile and help to enhance your self-understanding through various activities.

By the end of the workshop, you will have:

  • understood your personality profile
  • identified your strengths and weaknesses
  • discovered new ways to approach problems, deal with stress and/or cope with conflict
