Calming Down your Heart

Be mindful,享受當下的寧靜,keep calm and find peace。

Calming Down your Heart

In a city where being busy equals success and idleness implies failure, are you always busy like a buzzing bee? Have you often pulled all-nighters, not knowing what you are actually doing?

Perhaps “winding down” takes more than video games, television dramas or Instagram. It is about slowing down to communicate with your inner-self. Learn to enjoy the moment, be mindful, keep calm and find peace.

Mindfulness Exercises for Well-being (MRW3/18-19) (MRW4/18-19)

“Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention on purpose, in the present moment non-judgmentally in the service of self-understanding, wisdom, and compassion.” – Jon Kabat-Zinn

Mindfulness can be described as being completely awake and present, moment by moment to what is happening within us and around us. It allows us to stay calm and make sane choices in face of daily stresses.

At the end of the workshop, you will have:

  • experienced basic mindfulness practices
  • enhanced your awareness of the present
  • learned to take better care of yourself

Self-Compassion Workshop: Re-connecting yourself with kindness (SCW1/18-19)

If you are tired of being harsh on yourself, this experiential workshop is for you.
