Guided Forest Bathing
“In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks” – John Muir
Guided Forest Bathing is the practice of spending time in nature for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness and happiness. In this session, you will be led by a trained guide through a series of invitations that slow you down, awaken your senses, and support you in building a deep, healing connection with nature in a variety of natural settings, such as: country parks, urban parks or other green spaces. It is gentle and accessible to almost anyone at any fitness level.
Guided Forest Bathing provides you the opportunity for self-reflection, supports you to gain better understanding of yourself and your relationship with others.
At the end of the session, YOU WILL:
- Learn authentic sharing and deep listening
- Enhance your self-confidence and self-awareness
- Develop empathy and self-care
- Appreciate and care for nature and the planet
