8. Quality Sleep – Rise and Shine (QS1/18-19)

This workshop will focus on insomnia, which means the difficulty in falling asleep and/ or maintaining sleep. A variety of activities, such as relaxation exercise, will be arranged to facilitate the learning of simple and effective ways to improve your sleep.

At the end of the workshop, you will have:

  • Enhanced your basic understanding of sleep, e.g. possible causes of your sleep problem
  • Learned ways to improve your sleep, e.g. by practising relaxation exercises

• Coffee cupping: aroma, sweetness, acidity, body, flavor, aftertaste
• Tasting coffee roasted in 4 different continents: Asia, South Africa, South America & Central America

10. Coffee Workshop Series – The Brew Journey 各國咖啡器具沖調

Workshop content:
• Introduce different types of coffee brewing methods: French Press, Clever Cup, Siphon coffee maker & Moka pot
• Introduce different types of coffee grinders; different size coffee grounds for different brewing methods
• Make coffee with different brewing methods and tasting
