Person Enrichment (PE) 2.0 Leadership Training Programme


Know your strengths, unleash your leadership potential

Whether you believe that leaders are born or made, the PE 2.0 Leadership Training Programme helps to bring out your potentials. In this programme, you will know more about the dynamics between you and your team and how you can make a difference with your character. Set out to gain deeper understanding of yourself in this 7-day programme during the semester break!


Major components

  • Workshops on self-understanding and teamwork (3 days)
  • Adventure Camp (3 days 2 nights)
  • Learning consolidation (1 day)

  • Your personal values and how they affect your communication and collaboration with others
  • Your strengths and areas for improvement as a leader and/ or teammate
  • Team dynamics and how it influences the performance, decision and direction of a team


Unique features of this programme:

  • Training components are designed under the experiential learning model. You will have hands-on experience in working with others as a team.
  • You will receive objective and constructive feedback from your trainers and peers. Your self-understanding will be enhanced by noting your blind spots.
  • You will learn to reflect with depth and quality.

Learning to reflect on your experience effectively

Exploring your personal values and how they affect your behaviour


Assessing your leadership style and the role that you usually take in a team

Knowing how your personal values are related to your leadership style, team role and conflict management style

Team dynamics

Learning to assess your team and to adjust yourself to enhance team effectiveness

3-day 2-night Adventure Camp

Expanding your self-understanding and leadership capacity by exposing yourself to unknown challenges

Reflection and consolidation
Preparation for the adventure camp

Trainers: experienced counsellors, social workers and adventure-based trainers

Language: Cantonese

Training fee: $700 for the whole programme (including camp)


Registration Requirements:

  • 100% attendance is required.
  • All applicants are required to attend an interview. Applicants will be contacted for the interview after CEDARS-CoPE receives their applications.
  • This training is subsidized by the University. In order to ensure the best use of resources, please do not apply if you are unable to attend all activities.
