- Please register your accomplishments on or before 19 February 2023 (Sunday) by completing the following on-line registration form(s):
- You may register for Category A, Category B or Category C, or all types of awards.
- For group awards / learning experiences / achievements, only ONE application by any of the team representatives is required.
- Documents required:
- copies of diplomas / award letters /certificates or other documentary proof
- photos / videos related to your awards / achievements, e.g. photos of you / team members receiving the award, making a presentation, etc
All materials should be submitted online. The materials provided by you may be used in our presentations, publications or other publicity materials.
- Category D Awards (Gold, Silver and Bronze awards of CEDARS Reward Scheme) will not be open for registration. Eligible students who have supported CEDARS programmes or activities from January to December 2022 will be directly invited by CEDARS to attend the Ceremony.
