You may think that sleep comes naturally to everybody. The truth is… it is not!

We are all prone to the temptation of giving up sleep for more urgent tasks.  Stress and anxiety can also affect our quality of sleep. You may think that lacking sleep can easily be dealt with coffee or long, “compensatory” sleep during weekends. However, sleep deprivation or irregular sleeping habits will take a toll on your mental and physical wellbeing in the long run.

Want to break the bad habit? Join this workshop to find out more about sleep – the important (but often ignored) activity that takes up 1/3 of our time!

In this workshop, YOU WILL:

  • Learn more about some “myths” and facts about sleep
  • Know more about preparing yourself for quality sleep at night
  • Be introduced to the concept “power naps” during daytime and the basic usage of the EnergyPod

Date: 1 Mar 2022 (Tue)
Time: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Venue: The EnergyPod (1/F Chi Wah Learning Commons) & CPD-2.38, 2/F, The Jockey Club Tower
Class size: 6 – 8
