The activity will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or extreme conditions are issued on the event date and before the commencement of the event.
The payment made for this activity is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except when the activity is cancelled due to the aforementioned weather conditions.
