Application Instructions:   

  1. The available booking periods are from 1 week after the submission date, up to 1 month.
  2. Applicants may submit up to 2 choices, in order of priority, of the booking period for their functions.
  3. For cancellation of booking, you must notify us via email at least 3 working days before your event date.
