Mindfulness Exercises for Wellbeing

“Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention on purpose, in the present moment non-judgmentally in the service of self-understanding, wisdom, and compassion.” – Jon Kabat-Zinn

Mindfulness can be described as being completely awake and present, moment by moment to what is happening within us and around us. It allows us to stay calm and make sane choices in face of daily stresses.

At the end of the workshop, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Experienced basic mindfulness practices
  • Enhanced your awareness of the present
  • Learnt to take better care of yourself
